Drawn to the beauty of handmade creations and the precision of fine chocolate, Carol immersed herself in the world of chocolate learning from chocolatiers in Australia and overseas and discovering the traditions, techniques and artistry behind European chocolate.
Today, Carol crafts handcrafted chocolates that are as much a celebration of art as they are of flavour — from beautifully hand-painted bonbons to bespoke chocolate creations, each piece reflects her dedication to detail, quality and the simple joy of sharing something made with passion.

The Beginning of a 23-Year Legal Career
Carol was always creative and originally wanted to follow a pathway in media and design but her studies led her to complete her law degree. Carol began her career as a lawyer, building a successful 23-year career in the legal profession. Despite the demands of corporate life, creativity, food, and art always remained close to her heart.

Deliciously Yours Begins
deliciously yours was born as a creative outlet, originally specialising in bespoke cake decorating. Known for hand-painted cakes and artistic creations designed for life’s most cherished moments, the brand quickly became recognised for blending artistry with heartfelt storytelling through food.

Art and Science collide
A growing passion for artisan chocolate began to take shape. Inspired by travel throughout Europe, a love of fine food, and a fascination with the connection between creativity and science, Carol immersed herself in the world of chocolate-making and trained with renowned chocolatiers locally and internationally to perfect her craft.

From Handcrafted Creations to Market Stalls
deliciously yours artisan chocolate officially launched online and began trading at boutique artisan markets across Sydney, earning a loyal following for its handcrafted European-style chocolates, artistic designs, and unique flavour creations.

The first deliciously yours retail chocolate boutique opened in Five Dock, creating a beautiful space where art, chocolate, and community could come together for many moments celebrating together.
